My Laser Clinic Corp ("My Laser Clinic," "we," "us," or "our") is a medical aesthetics practice with three locations in Florida: Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Orlando. Our primary address for privacy correspondence is 1773 Morrill St, Sarasota, FL 34236. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and the inquiries you send us through it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, phone number, email, preferred location, and any details you share when you message us via WhatsApp, call us, or use a contact form. If you tell us which treatment you're interested in, we keep that with your request.
- Information collected automatically. Standard technical data when you browse the site — pages viewed, approximate region, referring URL, browser and device type — gathered via our hosting and analytics tools.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Our services are for adult patients only.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or quote pricing from our published menu.
- To improve the website's content, speed, and usability.
- To send appointment reminders or treatment-related follow-ups only if you've asked us to.
We do not sell your personal information. We don't run third-party advertising on this site.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that power the site, such as our hosting platform and SMS/WhatsApp infrastructure. They only process data on our behalf.

- When required by law, for example to comply with a subpoena or protect the safety of our patients and staff.
Protected health information (PHI) you share during an in-clinic visit is handled separately by the clinic under its own practices and applicable law. This website is not a covered entity and should not be used to transmit medical records.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages: up to 24 months unless you become a patient, in which case the information becomes part of your patient record under the clinic's retention policy. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what information we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your contact record from our website inquiry files.
- Stop sending you follow-up messages.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights above plus the right to know the categories of information collected in the last 12 months and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We have not sold or "shared" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the last 12 months, and we do not knowingly collect precise geolocation or sensitive personal information through this website.
Marketing communications
We only send marketing messages if you opt in. Every marketing message includes a way to stop receiving them — reply STOP to SMS, unsubscribe in email, or tell us on WhatsApp.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so please avoid sharing medical details through unencrypted forms.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
